After graduating from the Copenhagen School of Physiotherapy in 1995, I developed a deep passion for the remarkable precision of the human hand, its ability to sense, understand, and treat pain and dysfunction. This fascination has guided my entire career and continues to shape my approach to patient care.
To strengthen and refine my expertise, I have completed an extensive list of postgraduate courses, including Best of Manual Therapy I and II, Cyriax I-III, Craniosacral Therapy I-III, Sensory Integration in Children I and II, and Sports Physiotherapy I-III, among others. Each of these programs has allowed me to deepen my clinical skills and stay at the forefront of evidence-based manual therapy.
Since 1997, I have been practising in Denmark as the owner of my private clinic. Alongside this, I travel to Dubai for a few days each month to treat patients who seek specialised, hands-on physiotherapy care.
I am also passionate about educating others. I authored two books: “Vær din egen personlige træner,” which focuses on individualised exercise, and “Træn dig til en bedre fødsel,” a guide to training during pregnancy. I hold a Master’s degree in Health Science from Syddansk University, which further enriched my understanding of clinical practice and human performance.
