Beat the heat with this friendly and helpful reminder:
Persons exposed to heat are more prone to dehydration. To prevent dehydration, water and electrolytes lost in the body must be immediately replaced by drinking Oral Rehydration Salt Solution. You may have it in sachets mixed with water or make a homemade remedy of 4 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt, and 1 liter of water.
This is also recommended when breaking the fast, to compensate more for all the lost fluid and electrolytes during fasting.
